Nokia E65 Hard Resetting Code

Nokia E65 Hard Resetting CodeMy E65 does not reset through the 3 button reset code i.e. "*+send/green+3 while powering it", though I have managed it through *#7370#. Somebody help me coz I face situations were I can not enter "*#7370#" or *#7780# coz my keypard wont respond. Is there another code or a better method of doing the 3 button code.
